Eldar Beginner, 1500pt list

This is one of my first army lists I have put together, Just wanted to get some feedback. Ive won two 400 point battles, as if that means anything, and got my ass stomped at two 1500... any help would be great!

Troops
10 Pathfinders 240
10 Guardian Jetbikes 220

Fast Attack
5 Shining Spear, Exarch 187
6 warpspiders, exarch 144

Heavy Support
2 Falcon Gravs 230

Elites
6 Firedragons, exarch 108
6 Striking Scorpians, exarch 108

HQ
Autarch, jetbike 100

Unless my math is off that comes out to 1337, and since it is leet it has to work right? But it leaves me with 163 points for Wargear, and to me seems pretty fast and solid.

as before, and also:
try to add a wraithlord to assist in combat instead of a falcon, because i find that wraithlords are flexible in battle roles.
looks good though
im an eldar player myself, and though i dont use jetbikes or spears, that looks pretty familiar!:victory:

yeah, i see where your coming from
sometimes, depending on the army you up against, its best that they stay where they are, with the support from the wraithlord and other troops
also, because yours is a fast army, i think you should try to add some support troops if your army expands, and just in case if everything goes to the dogs, haha!

ah, looks better
a nice fast but heavy hitting army
i think you should replace one squad of striking scorpions with a faster option, but thats just my preference really
give it a go in battle, and keep it up!
