Hmm... you'd better hope you get the first turn, or have a lot of cover. Scatter lasers are AP6, and half the army (numerically) is babysitting them. I don't know, I could be completely wrong, but when you've got a total of 34 T3 models and 1 T6 model, and a bunch of skimmers (albeit good ones, but still...) it seems like if you don't get your shots off immediately without having to weather any fire, you're going to get your teeth kicked in.

I have given this list an outing once and i did well vs guard. The guardians are more backing up the rest of the list with there mid str firepower but aren't usually my first choice. However it feels like guardians should feature in an Eldar list so i try to make myself take them occasionally.
With any list with lots of skimmer tanks, cover could give you a cockpunch if you dont get what you need and lose out on the first turn
