I found some pretty awesome rules in a PDF online, will it be "frowned upon" if I post them here? IP is a tricky tricky thing.

Perhaps instead I could email them to persons who request them?

Whether or not you would get in trouble depends on whose IP it is and whether or not it is ordinarily available for free. If it's one of those GW PDFs that is available on their website you should be fine. If it's from a GW book it would be frowned upon. If it's homebrew rules you should be sweet. But maybe ask a mod/admin just to be sure.
