Despite the title, this isn't spam.

The local store stopped carrying simple green, so I've had to resort to other means to strip paint lately. I decided I'd try drain-o, just straight out of the bottle. The original liquid formula, not the gel. Works just as well as simple green, with the added benefit of being safe for brushes, so you can clean them in there too. Just thought I'd share!

I use pinesol and I hard cirti strip is good draino seems like a it would be to harsh to use all the time

I condem you to the Drain-o bath. It does sound like a fun way to torture little plastic men. Anyway was there any certain amount of time you left them in? Did it work on plastic and metal the same or different? I am going to have to try it just for the fun factor.
