Logically yes. Becuase it is the horses that fear it. From a fluff perspective, instintcually. Just because the armor the Riders wear makes them immune to flaming doesnt mean the horses dont fear it.
Dragon princes, Fire and fear
Just a quick question regarding how dragon prince treat fire attacks.
All Cavalry fear fire now,
Dragon Ps are completely immune to fire based attacks, and so can't be harmed at all by them.
Do they still fear a unit with flaming attacks?
Everything I can logically think of should say no, but theres nothing in the FAQ about this, but it just seems weird that the sons of caleador would fear the fire

..how can you..?I guarantee that the GW ruling (Always being RAW not RAI) would be that the unit is immune to fire and therefore immune to the fear that fire causes.
Actually I have, I'm afraid I misunderstood your post, I thought you were defending their shitty decision making
