Technically well done but, the same shade of red is used for the design and lighting effects, or whatever. It makes it logically kind of confusing. I try to use specific shades for specific things, for example, if a model is wearing a leather garment, I make it a different, more appropriate shade of brown, to distinguish it from any other browns (mud, or hair, etc.).

The colour choice for the glow effect is just orange, while the shoulder pad uses transition from red to yellow and is in fact different, the same coloring is due to the photo issue I believe.
