Now, seeing as GW epicly wiped the squats out and removed them as one of the races in the game, possibly even stating that they do no intend on bringing them back, I would be inclined to say that we will never see their return. Also keep in mind the Demiurg being the spiritual 'reincarnation' of space dwarves in the 40k universe is simply fan speculation based on what little there is of them, last I remember anyway.

Theres a reason the squats are gone: Everyone hated them (except the tyranids, apparently squats taste good)
