This list is based on the idea of a Imperial fortification and the unit designated with holding it.

Master of the Forge
-4x Servitors w/ Plasma Cannons

6x Tac Marines w/ Flamer
-Razorback w/ Assault Cannon

Wall of Martyrs Defense Network
-Imperial Defense Line w/ Tank Trap
-Imperial Defense Emplacement w/ Tank Trap
-Imperial Bunker w/ Quad Gun, Tank Trap
-Firestorm Redoubt w/ Quad Gun, Tank Trap, Machine Spirit

I'm at 1989pts. I end up with lots of 4+ cover, 2x Quad guns, 2x Quad Icarus Las, 3x ML, 3x TL Las, 3x Assault Cannons, 4x Plasma Cannons and 2x Thunderfire Cannons. Seems to be some pretty good fire power.

Any thoughts on better load outs or how to fit some fast response assault termies in?

**EDIT**
I also was thinking about dropping two of the ML Tac Squads and their Razorbacks to add two sets of the Vengeance Weapon Batteries. That would add 4 more Punisher Gatling Cannons, Battle Cannons or Quad Icarus Lascannons to the army. Those Battle Cannons are really tempting.

with all those fortifications, are you shure you need to deploy six razorbacks???
If you need mobile firepower go with 3 Vindicators.
Otherwise with said saved points you could take 2 termi units
just some spare thoughts

Those are good thoughts.

I put the Razorbacks in because they get the Objective Secured special rule, so they can zip around and cap objectives.

Damn i totally forgot about that shit...well, you can just go rhinos then and save points for said terminators. if you plan to use them to get objectives alone, i mean.
but, hear this:

Master of the Forge
-4x Servitors w/ Plasma Cannons

6x Tac Marines w/ Flamer
-Razorback w/ Assault Cannon

-Firestorm Redoubt w/ Quad Gun, Tank Trap, Machine Spirit

you should have many spare points to fit some more goodies in.
I threw in scouts due to the fact that with 4+ cover on the battlements or being protected inside the buildings, they have the same survivability of tac marines. also they give you a tactical edge with lots of deployment possibilities. Note also that a conquered building is goddam scoring :shok:! So you could put some of the bouilding out of your deployment zone and make it conquer by infiltrating, scouting scouts (yo dawg, i heard you love scouting, so i made a scout move with my scouts).
