Im thinking hard about making my next army a Death Korps of Krieg guard army. Why? Just because they are by far the coolest guard models right now. And yes they are expensive as f--k but it´s worth it

So, the questions.

1.) Can I make a army list from the latest Imperial Guard armylist or do I must buy the "Imperial Armour 5" and follow just those rules?

2.) Is Death Korps "Imperial Armour 5" rules allowed on standard tournaments?

not sure about at tournaments, but the current IG codex has pre-set doctrines for Death Korps. AFAIK, IA just expands to those including within it different vehicles and weapons that the Death Korps are noted as using but that are not included within the standard codex.

Okey, so only if I want to use different weapons and tanks I need IA 5?
I know the doctrines, all they includ can be found in the codex
And does anyone know about tornaments?
