Well, I have read the stories and I think it is very interesting...
I based this character only from the stickied history of Dark Talons, so critics are very welcome

Reclusiarch Tanthus

- Corrupted Icon : An icon of Daemonic power, which blessed Tanthus with more power. The squad he joined gains Fearless trait.

Special Rules :

- Desire for Vengeance : Tortured and forgotten, Tanthus desire nothing but revenge. His eye blood red not only because of he is tortured, but because his desire is so strong that his eye is blood red with anger. Tanthus can re-roll to hit, and gains extra D3 attack while in combat. Tanthus is also Fearless.

- Fury of the Betrayed : Remembering when his brothers left him on Kabal III, Tanthus is raged with anger and fury. Tanthus must assault any enemies that is 6" from him during his assault phase. Tanthus assault with such fury that his enemies is scattered before him. Tanthus and all of the squad he joined gains + 1 extra Attack for charging. Enemy units charged by Tanthus must do a Leadership test. If the Leadership test is passed, the combat is resolved as usual. If the Leadership test is failed, Tanthus and the squad he joined will always strike first, regardless of initiative values.

Well, that's my idea. Comments and critics are greatly appreciated! If this is good enough that I will try to create the other characters :p

I hate to break it to you; but Tanthus is not a space wolf, he was a Librarian of the the Dark Hands. I know their is a description of a space wolf when he is mentioned in the chamber of the Val-Gaur with the others; but he is not a Rune Priest.
Yes, I read it from the paragraphs that he is indeed a librarian of the Dark Hands :

The Third company and portions of the First and Eighth companies made landfall in the Arganus Secundus hive lead by First Captain Retrave, embarking in the middle of the hidden enemy forces concentrated there. The Fourth Company under the command of Librarian Tanthus landed in the trenches outside the hive and began to fight their way in while the Sixth and Seventh companies backing up the Guard regiments and Armored Company as they focused on other objects across the planet’s surface
But as you already pointed out, he is also mentioned as a Space Wolf.

Amongst my group was Librarian Tanthus, a Space Wolf easily recognizable thanks to his fangs, two Iron Drakes with their wyrm tattoos and finally an Imperial Fist, still trying to look as arrogant as ever. Tanthus’s eyes were blood red and I could only guess at what sort of treatment he had endured. The remaining members of the group were all Dark Hands.
Because being both Space Wolves and Dark Hands is impossible, I choose the background for Tanthus as a Space Wolves, but I don't mean that he is a Rune Priest. As far as I know, there are no Librarians in Space Wolves, only Rune Priests.
No that's not what I mean. You see there is a description of a space wolf, it was not meant to be describing Tanthus. The author was attempting to describe another individual among Tanthus and others and he was a space wolf.

Basically there was a dozen space marines who were mostly made up of Dark Hands including Librarian Tanthus and the Dark talon who is telling the story. The others in the group are a space wolf, an imperial fists and two iron drakes.

I apologize for the confusion; but Tanthus is not a space wolf, that is just a description of another space marine amongst the same group.
Ah I see what you meant. I will replace the rules for him shortly.
With Reclusiarch Tanthus is the +1 attack for charging in fury of the wolves in conjuction to the norm +1 attack for charging or is it the same bonus attack?
The name of the rules has been changed to "Fury of the Betrayed" due to my misinterpretation of the story

It should be + 1 extra attack, so Tanthus gains + 2 attack if he is charging. I have added the words 'extra' to make it clearer.

Thanks for the feedback!
Great work, Thunderhawk, I like a lot! have some rep :)

If anyone has any suggestions on how to change him, then please go ahead, I was so happy to come back from college and have these replies! :)

Otherwise we can move on to Torturer Issatroth and HQ's are done :)
Thanks for the + rep, I would be glad to help :)

About Issatroth, I couldn't find any reference on the history about him, but find references about him here.

Here is my attempt at one of the lieutenants :

Lieutenant Tal'Koth
120 points

WS : 4
BS : 4
S : 4
T : 4
Wo : 1
I : 4
Ld : 10
Save : 3+

Wargear :
- Power Armour
- Sigma-pattern Bolt Pistol
- Chainsword
- Wolf-tooth Talisman
- Frag/Krak Grenade

Special Rules :
- Independent Character
- Commanding Voice
- Drill Sergeant
- Raider

Wargear :

- Sigma-pattern Bolt Pistol : A sigma-pattern bolt pistol, forged by a techpriest in Auntra IV. This pistol is not known for it's fire rate, but it is widely known for it's damage to armor and human flesh alike. This pistol is stolen by Tal'koth during a raid to Auntra IV. Liking the sound that the gun makes while firing, Tal'koth likes the gun very much.

Sigma-pattern profile :
Range : 12"
S : 4
AP : 4
Type : Pistol, 1

- Wolf-tooth Talisman : A symbol of former Tal'koth life, a tooth from a wolf that is killed by the hands of Tal'koth. Although caring for Wolves no more, the talisman is a testament to Tal'koth's strength and power. Tal'koth may re-roll to wound on assault.

Special Rules :

- Commanding Voice : Tal'koth and the squad he joined may re-roll any of Leadership test.

- Drill Sergeant : Tal'koth may skip his shooting phase to embolden his men, and also to show his men how the killing is done. The squad he joined may re-roll any to-hit rolls this turn.

How's this thing going?

Sorry for the recent inactivity, my job is very demanding some times. If we want to continue this, maybe I will put some thought on Tanthus, and some refining on my other character.
Just some thought on the psyker power of Tanthus :

Fiery Flame (Shooting Phase)
A burst of flame and fire burst out from Tanthus. This attack use a template, so the profile will be : S 4, AP 3, Ignores Cover, Assault 1

Flame of Chaos (Shooting Phase)
The enemy target will be engulfed in flames. Wound will be assigned by Tanthus, not the opposing player (like Telion). Flame can only target 1 model, and will attack for S : 8 AP : 1. Flame of Chaos can't target vehicles and walkers.

Chaotic Litany of Protection (Assault Phase)
The litany that is heretical for the Imperium, but it will still protects. Due to the warp powers that is involved in this protection, all doubles on the psychic tests will result in Perils of the Warp. Tanthus and the squad he joins gets a 4+ invulnerable save this round.

Portal of Darkness (Move Phase)
Tanthus can manipulate the energies of the warp to move his troops across the battlefield. Tanthus and the squad he joins may teleport across the battlefield, with Deep Strike rule 24" from Tanthus current position. After deep striking by Portal of Darkness, Tanthus and the squad he joined can still assault the enemy. Due to the fickleness of the warp, use 3 dice instead of 2 dice when the deep strike scatters.

Roar of Chaos (Shooting Phase)
Tanthus roars by the power of the Chaos, frightening the enemy troops. The squad that is targetted by the Roar of Chaos must pass a Leadership test. If the Leadership test is failed, the enemy will fall back as usual, but may not shoot or assault in the next turn.
