Hi guys,
Jigplums introduced me to this Forum so I thought I'd register, say hi, and let you know that players who have tickets for this event can have their army name and generals name included in the order of battle that I've set up on the Warhammer World Blog.

I'm glad you like the pack, I hope I can do it justice on the day. Good Luck gamers.

I shall be bringing my guard regiment along, the Delatarn 47th Rifles.

If the atmosphere is as good as last year then it should be great. Any other guard players out there who are going along. I seem to remember at Medusa V we were outnunmbered by Marines (very weird).

I was on the ork team at medusa, space marines at badab and deathwing at the one before that.

You didn't have three griffons with infernus shells did you? That was the second quickest game of my life.

The quickest being a tooled up master, a tooled up librarian and a squad of termies in a LRC going down to an ordnance penetrating shot!

Now that I think about it mike is going to dark stars on the blood angels team. Potentially both guys who handed it to me in the room at the same time. I'll try for photos for the forum.

Not Guilty. 3 Griffons with Infernus shells seems a little un-sporting to me.

Effective certainly but a bit of a cheap shot. Anyway what does the rest of you army get to do?? Sit down and have a smoke?

It was all infantry except three griffons. The rest didn't really take part. His point was that he kept getting spanked by Tau suit pop out attacks and this was his only way to flush em out.

I was all infantry (one trukk) orks. I had a 12" deployment zone to put 100 orks in. No infiltration allowed for my kommandoes just a forest of orks.

I think the infernus shells caused 3 mobs to run off in the first turn and two in the second turn. Game over.

Good Luck getting them finished.

I remember last year I got called away with work on the Monday before the event with 2 sentinels and a command squad to paint. I got back on Friday at about 3pm, there was some frantic brush waving that afternoon.

This year just a Commissar to finish off.

Yeah it's for missions with 'loot' and so on. It says in the information pack - if I remember rightly they can be modeled on up to a 40mm base.

That said I did some for last years Dark Stars any didn't use them once...
