I'm just wondering, do Dark Angels still use their own codex? I haven't been able to find it anywhere...

Yup, still available through GW, so it should be available anywhere you can buy their stuff. May have to special order it for you, depends on the store and how well stocked they are.

Why wouldn't they?
As sucky as it may seem compared to the more recent shinyness of SM or BA, it is still the only way to get SCORING FEARLESS terminator units.
So they don't get ironclads or landspeeder storms - no biggie. Not that many SM players use storms anyway.
