Yes in some ways its good and others its bad... They are no longer doing individual bits orders, which kind of sucks.

Yes and no. The Dark Angels Chapter Upgrade is, if you know the sprues, ten complete Dark Angels veterans. For those of you looking at the picture and are unfamiliar with the sprues, you get a total of five robed legs/torsos on the sprue-- I can't recall what the exact combination is, but you do get five. I'm assuming that they don't give you bases in the Chapter Upgrade package, though, but honestly... who doesn't have ten spare round bases sitting around? Lord knows I have hundreds. The upgrade is roughly $35 USD, for those of us Stateside who may or may not eventually see that deal available in the US-- which ends up cheaper than buying two boxes of Dark Angels Veterans.

Yeah I actually noticed they looked like veteran sprues when I had a closer look, still I would've liked to have this available when I was putting my Dark Angels army together.
