i think he's had 2 sets of stats over time (one in the OLD chaos codex and the white dwarf one above) he used to have some rule about being able to fire both pistols in the shooting phase.
even though the WD rules were 3rd ed if you can find them at least they would still be usable (hey DE are older than that) the model is still floating about the place as well. i'd let him be in friendlies no problem and i can't see why he'd be a problem as he's not that hard (after he lost his c'tan phase knife)
