Cypher has some awesome fluff and a wicked model so i have to wonder is he still legal to use and where can i find his stats.

The only stats I have seen for him are from WD 281-although they were for 3rd ed.

Dunno if he is still valid. Probably only as a groovy looking sergeant or chaos power armoured lord which sucks.

i think he's had 2 sets of stats over time (one in the OLD chaos codex and the white dwarf one above) he used to have some rule about being able to fire both pistols in the shooting phase.

even though the WD rules were 3rd ed if you can find them at least they would still be usable (hey DE are older than that) the model is still floating about the place as well. i'd let him be in friendlies no problem and i can't see why he'd be a problem as he's not that hard (after he lost his c'tan phase knife)

You can use the actual model for him in any way you see fit, but currently there are no rules for using "cypher" in 5th edition as they dropped him from the codices.

i honestly think he is going to kill the emperor he is going to plunge that sword throught the emperors shrivled heart. then who will mankind have, you know what i just thought of why dont hey just clone the emperor and inject the clone with every single gene seed from all the primarchs. wouldnt it make some huge bad ass ruler.

.....OR a a dead thing, or a mutant monster that would procede to pyschically and physically rape terra, or god knows what else.


On topic, I would use him in friend games, you could always just scribd that issue of WD to try and find his rules, I wouldnt have a problem, as somone said DE are older than his rules

First set of his rules he had a power weapon, plasma pistol and boltpistol. All master crafted.

The last set of rules he has a bolt / plasma pistol combo which counts as power weapon in cc. He had a C'tan phase knife but lost it attacking what is believed to be the deciever

They were in WD but it was a very old issue
