The Void Dragon is the only other one I have heard of but that might be the one that you are refering to as the machine god. I can of like the fourth one being unkown this way I can model my own C'tan and no-one can say you can't do that.

Now, I'm not a Necron specialist or anything, but to my knowledge, there are four remaining c'tan:
  • The Nightbringer
  • The Deciever
  • The Void Dragon (there are theories that the dormant Void Dragon is the 'machine god')
  • The Outsider (who went insane, consuming most of his c'tan brothers, and now wanders the universe)
I might be wrong, but I am relatively sure on this.

nope the void dragon is the one on mars. If I remember the story correct he was shot by one of the black stone fortresses and now lays dorment deep inside mars.
Imagine how awesome of a hook that would be for a campaign when/if necrons get redone.

Necrons storm mars under the orders of the waking void dragon or something like that.

The Imperium would win. There's so few Crons' players in comparison to Space Mariners. Although I love the plot, but only if it was EVERYONE vs. the Imperium's 4 armies. Not all vs. Each Other vs. The Imperium.

@panda: The thing Ferrus Manus drowned was a Silver Wyrm from Medusa's legends. It's skin was also liquid metal, so when he killed it, it's "skin" sloughed off onto his hands, and since it was white-hot metal, stuck to them.

I would LOVE to see a Void Dragon mini....the size of a Titan. Muhahahahahaha!

the outsider sounds a bit like the Nightbringer; he wiped out most of the 4000 origional C'tan because he was tricked by the Deciever.

Well, from what I understand, towards the end of the War In Heaven, the Outsider went insane and began to 'eat' the other C'tan. By 'eat', I am refering to the way normal C'tan feast on souls from mortal beings. I guess The Outsider found some way to extract similar sustenance from gods.

Anyways, following this event, the Outsider fled the galaxy and is believed to be wandering the universe at random, much like any other crazy guy charged with multiple homicide.
