Considering swapping the LR that the 2nd 5 man squad sit in for a TLLC RB and a LC Sponson Predator, and taking a 5 man Sternguard Squad with RB and 1 Combi-M and 2 Combi-F. More bodies.

Yay or nay?

Not a fan of honour guard to be honest. I would drop these and replace with a Terminator squad (CC with LC or TH/SS or normal, up to you) and let them travel in the land raider. Also with honour guard don't they have to be attached to the IC? Makes sense to me, but I don't know if that is actually a rule.

I don't know why but I'm having a hard time with this list...First things first, I think your tactical squads should be full 10 men, upgraded with flamer and ML at the least. If your dead set on taking the rhino with them, then combat squad them and take the razorback, otherwise switch the razorback for a rhino. Your second tactical squad should be the same, 10 men with 2 special weapons, either rhino or razorback.

ELITES:

I would drop the PF, max out the squad to 10. sternguard are excellent at range, and if you get assaulted you want to be able to strike at your full initiative. Combi-flamer and COmbi-melta is good though. I would also think about combat squading them and replacing rhino with a razorback. Also think about adding another 5-man squad, but depends on points.

I only ever take land speeder storms (I don't know what else LST could be, im assuming its that) with 5 scouts. Consider adding in 5 scouts with 3 Sniper rifles, one ML and Telion for 135 points. Could be good to run another as well so they have more targets to choose from.
HEAVY SUPPORT:

I only ever take anti-infantry predators when they are maxed out. Add a storm bolter for an extra 2 shots, even on the move (defensive weapon).

Consider changing to a LR Redeemer. If you are transporting Terminators (as I said above) those flamestorm cannons could come in handy.

Like the vindicator. You could consider swapping that predator with another vindicator.

This list is 2050, so only 50 points over. It's just an example of what I mean :)
