Hi ok, so I made this a while back, its still not 100% finished, the base needs a bit of work and a touch up is required but its pretty much done. This is my first conversion I've ever really done, any questions please feel free to ask. I realise I'm not the best painter but decided to have a go and thats the main thing right?......right? lol Joking aside C&C is welcome, hope you enjoy.

On side note I mainly made this guy as I didn't want to fork out the cash for a metal autarch because despite wanting one I know in game I wouldn't use him all that much, this guy costs about £3 to make so even if I've only used him once (which is actually true) its not a bad cost.

Edit: He's also not that shiny in real life, I fear I've fallen into the trap of using a bad camera, the first pic is closer to what he looks like.

They are some mighty wings mate I do like the colour scheme, white and green is a good combination in my opinion.

I'm not sure, but what about some snow on the rock? (I'm thinking of putting snow on all my spacewolves bases, so am a bit infatuated with snow at the moment...)

Yeah the wings are on the...sizable side, as he's more of a display thing rather than using, thankfully when used my usual opponent ignore wings for the purpose of LoS...unless I take to hiding squads behind them .

My army has a desert basing scheme, which I need to work on for this guy, needs some sand and such. But thanks for the comment

Looks good, I like the highlights and the wings are a cool addition.

Also maybe a wash over the wings will bring out the detail of the feathers more? idk that's just my taste.

As for the LoS thing, isn't it the base of the model can stop LoS, at least for a single model?
