For whatever reason, I find modelling dongs on little plastic spacemen to be a little... tasteless, for lack of a better word. There's Slaaneshi-appropriate tastelessness, and then there's just plain creepy, like the guy who made an entire Necron army modelled with shlongs and used the Dark Eldar slave girl models to be... well, I'll leave that to your imagination.
Which brings me to my next point-- the Dark Eldar slave girl bitz make excellent Slaaneshi familiars and/or random objects on a larger base.
Wow TSOH. That's creepier then my entire Slaaneshi demon army put together...
Anyhow, paint them blisteringly bright colors, sonic weapons (the Noise Marine ones work rather well cut down.), and certainly have those DE slave bits TSOH was talking about. I used them for Familiars, and as a bit of extra-creepiness on my Unit Champions.
Whips and flails as cc weapons.
The lord of Slaneesh head for the unit leader if you can get one. I have seen the body of the mount used for a daemon prince/princess.
daemonette claws poking through armor.
THe ork and undead Mordhiem pit fighter heads have always been my favorite head swaps for chaos terminators.
