Really lacking in Boyz.
Burna Boyz can be devastating when using their templates, but it is extremely hard to justify using up a precious Battlewagon for a non-scoring unit.
I run 3 Battlewagons. I have tried 2 units of Boyz and 1 Burnas. Ive tried 2 units of Boyz and 1 Lootas in a Battlewagon. In the end, nothing can beat having 3 units of Boyz in Battlewagons.
The 4th Battlewagon is always going to have Meganobz in it, and is always going to have Ghazzy in it.
I dont run any (Mega)Nobz or Warbosses, and therefore never use a 4th Battlewagon, but thats probably because i only play 1500-1750 points.
At 2000+, Ghazzy is well worth it, with a small retinue of Meganobz in Battlewagon.

how does "too many" lootaz give you wasted shots?

Overkill.
It makes more sense to run 3 units of 10 rather than 2 units of 15.
They can split their fire between 3 targets rather than 2.
Several times i have scored 10+ penetrating hits on a Rhino, and regretted splitting up the squad.
