I'm looking over the entry for the Command Squad in Codex Space Marines and it states that the entire squad can take bikes for 35 points, not 35 points per model. Is this right? I've checked Black Library for an FAQ and one doesn't exist yet for the most recent Marine codex.

Yes Jace that is correct. Its a flat price that gets 'better' with more members of the squad.

I'm looking in the 7th Dex, and I can't seem to see the line where it mentions adding more members to the squad.

As far as I'm aware it's a fixed 5 man unit with various Veterans being upgraded to other roles, standard bearer, apothecary etc.

Fixed unit size would explain the fixed price.
