Are there any good gaming clubs or groups or shops in or near Columbus, Ohio? I'm just getting into the game and know only one other player, with whom I can't get regular time due to really different work schedules. I want to meet more players (and play against more races) without it being really competitive (at least for now, once I have more models I may change my mind). Anyone know of places to play or meet players that is chill and friendly?

Look into CABS. http://buckeyeboardgamers.org/

They are a massive group of boardgamers, but I know that many of them play D&D and other wargames. Might be a good bet.

I was just there last weekend, but other than the 40k boardgames, I didn't talk to anyone there about 40k.

Awesome, thanks! The GW store here just closed, and the only other place I have found that runs games at times I can attend is on the other side of the city, but I really need to play more. I'll look into this!
