Here is a list of perks in Call of Duty Ghosts. Credit for the list goes to the Call of Duty Wikia.
Choosing your perks in Call of Duty Ghosts is a whole new process from other Call of Duty games. Now you have perk categories. These categories are "Speed", "Handling", "Stealth", "Awareness", "Resistance", "Equipment", and "Elite". Each category has 5 perk choices (For a total of 35) and each perk has a point value. The perk point value ranges from 1 point to 5 points. You are allotted 8 points to spend on perks by default, and you can bring your point spending limit up to 11 points for perks if you do not equip any equipment or secondary weapon. The following is the list of confirmed perks and their point value as seen in Call of Duty Ghosts.

Speed:

  • Quickdraw- Raise weapon to ADS faster after sprinting. [1 point]
  • Sleight of Hand- Reload faster. [2 points]
  • Agility- Sprint faster. [2 points]
  • Marathon- Sprint for longer periods of time. [2 points]
  • Stalker- Move faster whilst aiming down the sights. [2 points]

Handling:

  • Strong Arm- Throw equipment farther distances. [1 point]
  • On the Go- Reload whilst sprinting. [2 points]
  • Reflex- Switch between primary and secondary weapons quicker. [2 points]

  • Dexterity- Aim down sights faster. [2 points]

Stealth:

  • Takedown- Killed enemies don't reveal their death spot (skull doesn't show above their body). [1 point]
  • Blind Eye- Hidden against aggressive killstreaks. [2 points]
  • Off the Grid- Immune to SAT Coms and radar pings. [2 points]
  • Dead Silence- Allows silent walk, jump, and sprint. [2 points]
  • Cold Blooded- No red name or red crosshair. [2 points]

Awareness:

  • Recon- Damaged enemies are marked on the radar. [1 point]

  • Painkiller- Faster health regeneration. [2 points]
  • Stopper- Reduced flinch. [2 points]
  • Tac Resist- Resist effects of tactical grenades. [2 points]
  • Blast Shield- Reduced explosion damage. [2 points]

Equipment:

  • Extra Tac- Extra tactical grenade. [1 point]
  • Extra Lethal- Extra lethal grenade. [2 points]
  • Fully Loaded- Spawn with more ammo. [2 points]
  • Extra Attachment- Extra attachment. [2 points]
  • Danger Close- Increased explosive damage. [3 points]

Elite:

  • Gambler- Reroll care packages. [1 point]
  • Hardline- Point streaks cost one less point. [2 points]
  • Ping- When an enemy player is killed, a "ping" will go across the radar and find any enemies nearby the killed player. [2 points]
  • Overkill- Second primary. [2 points]
  • Deadeye- Weapon damage increases with each consecutive kill in the same life. [5 points]

What perks are you happy to see either return or be added to the game? Are there any perks you are unhappy about whether they be returning or new? Leave your thought below!
Below I have listed what I can see as being the go-to class for the 90% of the community that is scared. Who needs a secondary when you are camped ADS headglitching. It would be worse if you could just put every single point into perks.

  • Steady Aim- More accurate hip-firing. [2 points]
  • Takedown- Killed enemies don't reveal their death spot (skull doesn't show above their body). [1 point]
  • Blind Eye- Hidden against aggressive killstreaks. [2 points]
  • Off the Grid- Immune to SAT Coms and radar pings. [2 points]
  • Dead Silence- Allows silent walk, jump, and sprint. [2 points]
  • Cold Blooded- No red name or red crosshair. [2 points]

There is not enough level 1 perks so I think the most you could go for was 9. Still ridiculous.

It is.

Personally, I'm happy with four or five - Half of the perks I'll never use, anyway. It's the same with all of the CoD games, I stick to the same few perks and that's it. My classes are usually pretty common in that way..

Think I stick with a few myself. Then again there are some I never even try that others seem to use like they are going out of style.

Lightweight, Fast Hands and Dexterity make up all of my classes on Black Ops II... I'm not very inventive. It's simplistic but effective, and that's what I want, really. I imagine that I will have a reasonably similar loadout on Ghosts, too.
