Can you get the +1 int and Ld bonus on the charge as well?

eg giving it to a unit of roughriders making them I6 on the charge.

You can get It on the charge as long as each models stays In formation I.e base to base, unfortunately only standard Infantry platoons and conscripts have access to It, still one of the best doctrines though due to the 0 cost!

The other problem IMO is the fact that the one unit that could really do with it don't get it either! An Armoured Fist Platoon is IMO just a standard infantry platoon wheels!

Whenever i play his Mech army i always have to keep an eye on which unit dont get it so that i can generally beat them up with something fairly rubbish!

Except for the Whiteshields. Stinking conscripts are always getting ripped to shreds by Orks, Tyranids, Gribbly creatures of unknown origin, Chaos Marines, etc.

Yes. Conscripts and Infantry are the only ones that benefit, but it is a good bonus for the humble flashlight-and-Tshirt Meat Can. I mean Cannon Fodder. I mean Guardsman.
