This isnt like, die hard fluffy, but i am desperate for a fluffy, good themed army to play with, so i worked out something like this;
This is nothing new, probly seen alot before, just need clarification/ideas before i go out and buy what i dont have.
Kharn the betrayer - 165
Daemon Prince - 155
Wings, Warptime
8 Khorne Berserkers - 278
Champion w/ powerfist, 2 meltaguns, rhino with EA
8 Khorne Berserkers - 278
Champion w/ powerfist, 2 meltaguns, rhino with EA
8 Khorne Berserkers - 208
Champion w/ Powerfist
Chaos Land Raider - 255
Havoc Launcher, dozerblade and EA
2 Obliterators - 150
Total 1489.
Stick Kharn with a squad in the land raider, slug it and 2 rhinos of KB's across the map, lots of Extra Armour there, covering fire from the obliterators, daemon prince runs off round the edge, hopefully then the other guy will have to try and focus on him to make sure, letting my main fleet walk in, and if not, the land raider should survive, in which case i have a daemon prince flying in(literally) from the other side.
Given the land raider a dozer blade so that it can get to where i want it to without stupid scenery trying to stop me. Should i drop a melta somewhere, and add a dozer blade on the 2 rhinos so that they can follow direct suit with the 2 rhinos. THOUGHTS.
Walk the oblits in slowly, lascannon -> Plasma Cannon until 24inch when it can just try and kill stuff whatever is left after 24 khorne berserkers packing 3 power fists and 4 meltaguns, not to mentain 2 attacks each, 5 for kharn, 4 for the DP with rerolls, Basically adding up to 57 Close Combat attacks from people who are literally insane at close combat, and enough normal KB's for kharn to betray all he likes.
is there anything i just said that is ridiculously wrong or a flaw, jeopardising my entire tactic? Or if you plain dont like my tactics tell me why.
