what can i do to try and make this list better? And still fun to play against.

I think the list looks pretty good. I assume you have the icons because you want to use them for guiding termi's in on deep stikes. The only thing I would change is to drop 1 melta from each squad and replace it with a plasma just to give each squad a little more range. Then again 2 melta's have the ability to move and fire each turn although you are limited to the 12" range. So dropping the melta for plasma depends on your tactics you plan on using.
