So here's the question:

My Lord is marked Tzeentch.

Most of my army is marked Tzeentch.

I have 3 squads of Slaneesh-marked Emperor's Children Havocs. These are now Elites.

I have a Defiler. This is a Heavy Support.

Can I make one squad of Havocs into Heavy, in order to fit in Obliterators?

Only by leaving them unmarked or giving them the Mark of Chaos Undivided. Anything else becomes an elite unless the lord bears the same mark.
