For HQ i have a couple of variables although i will welcome anything. I have 60 NZ dollars to buy my HQ. In case you do not know what 60$ is equavilent to... its enough to buy a daemon prince.I've run a Lord with wings, MoK and a DW and he's really been a powerhouse. On the other hand, if you have bad luck like I do, you'll usually end up rolling a one and he'll go to waste.
Most lists I see run a DP with wings, MoN and Warptime I believe.
By the way, mixing special weapons isn't generally advised, your plagues might be better off with two meltas.
