Dunno about the rest but concerning this:

8 Havoc's with 4 Missile Launchers[MoCU, Infiltrate] 224
I would go with 7 Havocs, no mark, Infiltrate, Tank Hunters and Autocannons. 220pts of excellence. 8 shots at S7 vs infantry or S8 vs vehicles. I would rather fire 8 missles at a vehicle than 4 and against hordes, this unit will work even better. AND save you 4 points :)

105 points in gifts on the daemon.

Models with a mark different than the leader's become Elites. That means that anything with the mark of Chaos Undivided in an army lead by a model with the Mark of Khorne becomes an Elites choice. Basically, you've got two HQ's and a bunch of Elites units as it currently stands.

I'd swap the missile launchers on the havocs for autocannons and give them tank hunters instead of infiltrate.

Incorrect. Pg38, chaos codex says that only applies to models with a mark OTHER than chaos undivided. The other exception is if they have the same mark as the general of the army.

The DP-Bloodthirster combi is downright rude.

I'd definately take it Jig. People will cry when you pull the big fellow out...

Plus the DP adds a bit of plot to the story.

Test it out next Sunday mate. My GT BA vs this list. Can be the boards first BatRep.

I knew that. Just testing you.  I might've been looking at an old printing of the Chaos codex. I don't know. I do have the most recent printing, though.

Well, this may seem wierd, but why not play Alpha Legion? It dosen't effect the squads that are not infiltrating, and now you save a ton of points on teh infiltrating squads. Enough to give the rest of the squads infiltrate. Dro the Blood thirster. 205 points for an I4 deamon? Who can be easily outbattled by a another reasonable Hq? i say neh.

Instead I would go:

Chaos Lutinent
Infiltrate
Speed
Mutation
Dark Blade
Cheap and too teh point. Run this bad boy and then another kitted just liek it (except on a lord), adn your set. 2 first turn assults by combat maniacks! I say yes!

Next give the havocs autocannons. With the saved point maybe get a small infiltrating squad of meltas? just for some extra little tank killing power?

Not to mention the fact that a Bloodthirster inspires sheer terror in most opponents. Hell, there are few seasoned players that can just shrug at a thirster. I have one leading my wip LatD list and I won't trade it for anything :)

A very tough list, but then it is Chaos- it's hard to make a weak list.

All I can say is what I would try to do to counter it.

Having seen the Bloodthirster on your display tray (full armies must be shown), I'd enquire about Daemonic Chains. Most probably we would swop army lists- unless you didn't want to.

You'd inform me you have Chains. I'd then ask who has them- they must be modelled on WYSIWYG.

So that out of the way- priority no 1 is the Infiltrating Plasma squad.
Try to take it out before the Greater Daemon arrives.

Other than the two uber-characters- it is quite static, and/or slow moving. I'd try to isolate it and/or hide using terrain from the static elements.

Specifically I would be using my Mech Sisters- so 'A Word in your Ear' to move the Havoc's out of joint preventing first turn gayage. Spirit of the Matyr takes the worst of the uber-character charge- a Celestian squad is a hideous and often underestimated tar pit for an uber-lord to drown in.

Callidus to slap around a las/plas squad.

Not that I'm saying it would be a walkover- in fact I'd require a lot of luck and hard work to beat it.

Changes?

I'd take two plasma Infiltrating squads to every 1 meltagun. I'd put the Chains in the meltagun squad. Plasma can do damage at range, and more shots against MEq's- this makes them a slightly higher priority than the melta, which the opponent will try to avoid until later.

cool thanks for the advice.

Sisters can actually be a hard army to face in the right hands, and in general there better off against armies like this where a large unit could hold up an expensive DP for the entire game by using faith. Its difficult to get Movement into a Chaos list. I have experimented with bikes in the list and they are a possibility, but i thought the hoard Infiltrate russ would probably be a better idea. do u think a bike squad over one of the squads is better? You get less models and they dont start in escalation.

As for targeting the Thirster squad, this will almost always be the case even in friendly games, the only things are that obviously they will get the priority for where to infiltrate, plus killing the squad doesn't stop the thirster emerging. In fact if U think it will be a big advantage to you can take the first cas on the asp so he comes in the first turn, but obviously thats risky

obviously the other strength of the list is that it mostly starts in escalation

I'd drop the two las/plas squads and max out on my infiltrating with melta squads.

You could be jack of all trades master of none, or well balanced?

Its tempting, and i have tried it with more infiltrators over the las plas. But they help when you come up against skimmertanks and mechanised marines. I must admit i was a little paranoid about Skimmermech when i made the list, plus i felt i needed some more ap2 in the list for mc's and oblits. Also i find if the whole army Infiltrates and so does your opponents they can block alot of your infiltrating positions, so its good to have those 2 units set up to anchor the force.

Well, good for you! :D

However, PLAY alpha legion. It won't effect anything except for reducing the points of infiltrate! Then all of your squads can infiltarate with the spqre points. i'm telling you.....

For your infiltrating squads I recommend having 2 as plasma and 1 as melta. I use that when uing Fallen Angels Alpha Legion.

The plasma is just more versatile, and with infiltrate you can set up in cover and shoot from first turn. With melta guns you have to move up to get in range and expose them to more firepower.

I don't think you really need the tank hunters on your las/plas squads. If you have the points spare then fine, but I just think it is a bit overkill.

And I'd also recommend autocannons over missile launchers for your havocs. 2 S8 shots will tear any tank you shoot to bits

And the fact AL cant take Greater Daemons which is a big thing in this list.

I'd infiltrate on everything that can. And why a great weapon on the DP? Surely two CCWs would be much better as 5 S7 attacks on the charge is better than 4 S8 attacks in my book. I realise you're going for instant kill on some things but i think the extra attack will be worth it in the long run.

yeah it was in there just for Instant kill of enemy hq's and oblits etc.... I prefer the Berseker glaive to be honest but was told that you cannot take it and daemonic flight/speed in the newer printing of the codex.
