If anyone could give their idea on how to improve this list please by all means tell me.
(all combi weapons are meltas)
The list is built around a rhino rush.

If you want to improve in terms of competitiveness, then you need a second Daemon Prince.

Additionally why take melta-wielding Havocs as your heavy support? Okay they're supporting your advance, but with three squads of chosen up front, they seem overkill to me.

Also taking so many meltas (you've got 23) is great at short-range, but you've got to get there first. Even with the Plasma Guns you're still rushing across the board hoping not to many of the Rhinos get shot up.

Remove the Havocs and stick in five Obliterators, allowing you to provide long-range support to your charging Rhinos.

I like the chosen squads, just be careful when deploying them as there are several armies, notably Tau, that can really punish smaller squads caught in the open.

I'd also get rid of a lot of the extras on your Rhinos, at least the combi weapons and I'd consider dropping the Rhinos on the Chosen altogether (you have 18" range just walking on the board with meltas) simply because melta Chosen become disposble after they come in.

Also most of your anti-tank has to roll to come, so I'd be concerned they may not come in on time.

Lastly if taking plasma guns, why not take Plague Marines? You'll get the benefits of their FNP if yoyou screw up on their "gets hot". I would also spring for PFs in case you tangle with a walker or MC.

i second dropping of EA, it doesnt do enough for 15 pts (IMO i think it should be a -1 on the vehicle damage chart...rant)

use those points to AT LEAST give your CSM squads PWs, then melta bombs then change those for a PF - thats the best way to make lots of lateral upgrades at once IMO - others can argue that its not

if you have them put 2 vindis & an oblit instead of the havocs, lash = win with pie plates

i agree with fallen. extra armor is a waste of time.
i like to take standard rhinos to keep points down and use them just to get the troops down the board and then for cover later.
i would consider replacing one chosen squad with a termi squad, no champion with one power fist and heavy flamer and maybe mark of khorne. these can be used to deep strike where problem units are.
plague marines are great for sitting on objectives, they are worth considering.
