Hey, me and my cousin are doing a miniature exchange for xmass, he's got his Sons of Horus, and I got my Word Bearers, he's only got 850 points or so, so i'm getting him another squad of reg. CSMs

I've exprimented with bits and pieces and once my cousin and i exchange I should have this list built in < a week, and painted in > a lifetime

Every unit will be effective, it'll be a complicated strategy,

Just a quick question. How come you chose the Possessed for your elites? Like, compared to the other elites you could have picked? Terminators, Chosen, Dreadnoughts ... all seem very good.

>> Your list looks pretty solid mate. There are other elite choices yes, but I find possessed to be one of those good units, that no matter what they get, they gonna be pretty good anyway. Take what you like mate, its your army. If they dont work, change them for something else. That way you learn, and you get more choice of units for your army. Good luck wi army. Possesed have the chance it get some pretty badass abilities, and thinking about it I would assume they would only be effective in a solid number
To make sure they dont get screwed getting where they need to I've given them the mark of nurgle

so t5, 3+ AS, and 5+ Invul
on top of fearless and daemonkin

Plus possesed are like demi-gods of the word bearers
and the models look damn cool

in army-buildin, I think quality with numbers is a personal preference that rawks hard, every model in there cept the daemons have a 3+ as, like uh.. 39 with that as - plus my basic infantry have 5+ invul thanks to tzeentch
so 33 models with as 3+ and a 5+ invul
