Ok so a friend and I are going to go to a 2k doubles tournament in a few months and this is the list we've come up with (keep in mind that we're both tread-heads):
His 1000pts BT List
Master of Forge
3x Servitors
Crusader Squad
w/ LRC w/MM
Crusader Squad
w/ Las/Plas RB
2x Predator
w/ TLLC and LC spon
Vindicator
My 1000pts BT List:
Master of Forge
Crusader Squad w/ Flamer
w/ LRC
Crusader Squad
w/ Las/Plas RB
LRR
Stalker
Vindicator
So final tally is 10 armored units in our list of which 7 are AV13+. This also gives us 8x OS units and has our Troops fairly mobile. We brought along the Preds and Vindis to deal with enemy armor/MC/Termies. The Stalker was brought to provide some AA. We brought the two MoF because with the 3 servitors they will be auto repairing 2HP, Weapons Destroyed or Immobilized a turn. Again we were trying to fit in as much heavy armor that we could while still having a good chance at winning. Let me know what you all think works/doesn't.:biggrin:
