So I want to get a unit of these for my new Khorne army but I am having a hard time picking which unit to use. To me It looks like the Skullcrushers of Khorne look like they have Bezerkers riding them. Think people would care what I used?

If you can rustle up some 60mm circular bases, Skullcrusher models make for great Chaos Lords on Juggernauts. You could probably field them as Bloodcrushers if you didn't have any Juggerlords in your list, honestly, without too much protest--though the reaction may vary opponent by opponent, that sort of minor proxy/conversion is generally viewed as acceptable.

On the gaming front, seeing as you'd expect a Skullcrusher mini to have a 3+ armor save, they'd be disappointingly squishy, with just a 5+ invuln.

If you make them look 40k I wouldn't have a problem with that. If your using them in both armies you could always pin the bases on so you can swap the bases and make riding zerkers to swap the riders aswell for either game system. (If that makes sense if not I'm sorry)

one thing i thought about doing was going with a box of skullcrushers and using the top halfs of the FW world eater conversion box as khornate bikers. I've never really liked the bike models and would need to find a 2nd arm somewhere...and it would be expensive BUT they would look pretty awesome.

I just dont like the the look of the blood letters on the model is the soul reason im thinking of this, my friend also suggested a box of Thunder wolf Cav and painting them up chaos style

you could also go totally bits and buy from bits barn, horde o bits, etc. to build them however you want. Juggernauts with thunderwolf legs and csm bodies for example.
