A few questions Doelago;

Q1) Why a Captain over a Libby/Reclusiarch?

Dunno, whats the real difference? I do already have a Libby, so I could go with it, but what are the benefits? As far as I am concerned they both have the same stat line... And what the hell is a Reclusiarch? Seems like a more expensive and worse leader than a Captain...

Q2) Why Tactical squads over Assault squads?

When my Land Riders get up really close with the enemy, I will disembark the Tactical Squads, and blast those guys in the face with rapid firing boltguns.

Q3) Why so many toys on the Baals/Preds?

Are you talking about the DOzer blades and the extra armor? Well, I have a battle plan for this army, and it is to move all the Preds forward, side by side of each other, so that they can cover each others side armor. So I want them to be capable of driving through difficult terrain if that is needed to do it...

Chaplain is an elite, so I think you need to rethink that part re: Honour Guard.

Big FUUUUUUUCK... New to the Codex... I was so god damn sure about that they were a HQ... Damn... Does anyone know a way to replace this ca. 300+ points hole?

emmm RAS over tacticals easily as they have a 35 point discount on dedicated transport, soooooo would save you points.

replace the chaplain with a reclusiarch (better chaplain hq) and then take off a couple dozer blades if you need the points.

all that extra armour seems a tad pointless, with the points left over you could spice up your honour guard/ RAS with PF's/ meltaguns/ powerweapons which is muuuuuuch better than extra armour and dozer blades.
