Basic Plan is Hammer and Anvil, Chap gets into Land Raider with the Assault Terminators and charges up, Rhinos try to use the Land raider as Cover. DredNought guns for Heavy Armour. Emperors Champion runs up behind the tanks, and once he gets nearer to the enemy the assassin comes out and helps him out.

Take the adamantine mantle off the chaplain cause he doesnt really need eternal warrior for the small amount of points he is, so you save a good amount of points that would be better elsewhere

Uphold the honor of the emperor is a terrible vow, cover is amazing in 5th ed and getting a 6+ invul is no way to make up for it. Take Accept any challenge no matter the odds, rerolling to hit and to wound with I5 S5 terminators is amazing and dosen't cripple you list the way uphold the honor does.

There's really no point to the chaplain, everyone get a reroll all the time anyway, castellans can make better combat characters for cheap, while his rule about moving towards any enemy unit is nice it's not worth 140 points. either drop him to buy some fire support or switch him out for a castellan and make the termie squad a comand squad. He's I6 with furious charge which is really great and while he won't be as brutally efficient as he is in power armor he still probably packs as much punch as the chappy.

Also find 3 points to spare, our smoke launchers have to be bought but they are really really good, especially on raiders.

Drop the marshals terminator armor and buy him terminator honors, 6 attacks on the charge is pretty sweet. You don't really need him though, those terminators are killy enough they don't need a lot of help and you need fire support more then anything else.

I would hold on to the marshal. LD 8 & they ran away after taking a wound. Not all the tanks are gonna make it the whole time, and the army wide LD 10 is worth it's weight in bolter rounds!!
