To avoid giving up VP to the enemy combine the two units of cultists into one square of 20. You might also consider swapping quad gun for the beacon to assure your t erminators come in without error Abaddon too. And your havocs need rhinos too otherwise they will have to footslog up the line. Now i couldn't begin to tell you how to get the points to add the boxes other than dropping all the crap off the two other rhinos they aren't assault vehicles so its not like you could charge when you disembark but I'm no pro nor claim to be just making my own observation

The CSM squads look a bit pricey to me, but they certainly are very versatile. Good melee, good shooting... just a high price tag.

I'd probably drop the IoV from the heavy bolter Havocs to give the lascannon Havocs another ablative wound and 4 LCs (rather than 3 and the 1 AC).

Probably also drop the heavy flamer from the Termis for another combi-melta and -plasma, just to get a weight of fire there. Should I assume most of those power weapons are axes? Because that's what I'd probably be going with. I might try to squeeze a LCs into there (single or double, your choice) too, if you could find a few handfuls of points.

If you want good Anti-Air for your meta, I'd consider either getting Prescience somehow, to throw onto that Forgefiend, or swapping it for a HAC Heldrake...

Still, looks like a pretty fun, pretty solid list. Decently flexible, can meet a lot of threats. Not quite as much melta as I might prefer, but...

Yeah, the weapons are axes!
There isn't a 4LC because I only have 3 of them.
As for the flamer - melta swap that's a good idea.

Another idea is to swap Abaddon for a Lord with psy powers and a sorcerer. That will give me access to prescience and cast it on the heavy support, and also give me dice for denying enemy powers. after all 7th is all about psy powers...

Another option for more AA and better Psyker stuff is taking a small detachment of Daemons, such as 11 Horrors, a Soul Grinder of Nurlge with Phlegm, and either a Tzeench Herald with 2-3 Mastery levels (Divination babyyyyy!) or Be'lakor (expensive but absurdly powerful, and since you're already rockin' the Don it's a bit much). The Grinder is a solid portion of Anti-Air, especially with Divination from the Herald, and can lay down the pain with the Bombardment. The Horrors, meanwhile have a very nice, albeit cheesy, interaction with the Aegis, as going to ground grants them a 2+ cover save, but for them it is re-rollable because all Daemons of Tzeench re-roll saving throws of 1. Plus, they'll grant you an extra 2 Warp Charges since you're taking 11 of them.

If Daemons aint your style, I would really consider giving Aby a Land Raider to travel in with some Termies, just because you need him to get into close combat to make him worth the points, but again, really expensive. You'd also have to drop a Heavy Support choice, but the results can be extremely deadly when used properly. This would also perhaps entail kitting Termies for assault instead.

Otherwise, this list seems pretty solid! You have all the right bases covered, good threats, and versatile troops. However, I do feel your list lacks a major threat to press your advantages gained from popping a vehicle or opening up the opponents defenses. Abaddon in a Land Raider would fix this, or using him to Deep Strike with the Termies, but the second option can be very risky and may not come in at the right time due to the randomness of reserves. Having access to Divination can help this with Scrier's Gaze.
