@AA: The highlights for him arn't done at all -thats the part of painting I hate the most so I thought I'd post this guy up, get your opinions and then paint up the rest of them to this standard before doing the highlights. I think I get what you mean though and my brother did comment that the bottom half looked black while the top half looked silver. What do you think of adding silver to the feet - a bit like this:

@Wraith: At the moment I'm going with them as being Grey Knights. I was having them as this chapter here

but the reception wasn't that great so I thought I'd just go with normal Grey Knights.
The Black isn't highlighted/shaded and the chances are I will be adding white or silver free hand to the lower legs and the shoulder pads. And add some silver to the groin + probably replace the gold on the torso with silver - just to get some more silver in there.

Ah thats right! - I knew I had got the color scheme from somewhere I just couldn't remember where. Now thats embarrasing - I actually have the WD article with it in it and the first mini I did up with it was exactly like the picture but then I ruined it by accident. Welcome back by the way blkdymnd - its been a while since we've seen you.

Cheers mate - I'll have a look into your method.
As soon as I'm able to aquire my Dad's dremil I'll be filing down the shoulder symbols and replacing them with one of my own (which I'm yet to design). The current one doesn't really fit the idea of the Night Wardens and its far too big. I'm also tempted to convert the weapons up a bit - but all in good time. i'll probably get them done up and then come back to them at a later date when I'm bored.
