Looks a nice, characterful army.
I take it its for "fun" games and not tournaments?

EDIT: Maybe loose the autarch and get a pheonix lord?

You could lose one of your dire avenger squads?
If its for GT play then keep the autarch for the reserve bonus on your hawks, but for a themed army I'd lose him.

I dont think the autarch is out of character, I just thoought a pheonix lord would be a better fit.
Plus you dont see them used as much!
