I think the Stormtalon is amazing, to be honest. 125pts is cheap as hell for a flying Assault Cannon and Str7 Heavy Bolter. Hover Strike is pretty nice - I've had a couple of games where I just sat and shot with Strafing Run and mowed down infantry and light armour.
