Well i was wondering what sort of crazy deals you guys have got on fw or gw items! I JUST scored a harridan off e-bay for 175 shipped! Best deal iv ever got its brand new and unbuilt! What about you guys?

Just picked up a rhino, new style for nothing. Yard sale and the guy had no clue what it was, only that it was his sons and he didn't want it any more. It was covered in at least 4 different coats of paint and all the details were clogged up. After a few days in brake fluid, back to grey plastic and ready for a real paint job.

Many moons ago I talked a guy out of two land raiders, new in box, in exchange for a new dvd player. The dvd player was like $25 new at Wal Mart and was a present I received for a birthday. I didn't need nor want it to begin with. I think I got a good deal.

Back when they had to get rid of all of the stock of the old lead-based white metal minis... stuff was selling stupid cheap. Knocked £12 metal boxed sets (and pretty much everything was metal) down to a fiver each or something... that was a good day

Not nearly as great as the double Land Raider deal in the post above, but I recently picked up 20 AOBR Boyz plus Warboss for $5.00 still on sprue, unpainted FW Warboss biker for $45.00, and NIB Killa Kans for $31.00. All included shipping. eBay is my friend. :biggrin:

My best recent deal has to be the 99p Mail Order Only techmarine I got off ebay last week.
I got a spacewolves battle force for £30 at a games fair earlier this year, that was pretty sweet.

Many yaers ago when GW dropped Epic from their stores they had all sorts of crazy offers on. In our local store they had a but the core game for £20 and get as much epic stuff as you could carry to the till on top of it whilst the staff put you off deal.

My mate and I nealry cleared them out and had to get a taxi to get it all home. Still have quite a lot of it still in blisters, maybe £450 rrp of stuff for £20

ummmmm i went in one day to GW to get my first crisis suit commander, and instead of being the average 35$ they had one for 15$ and i went nuts. It was a miracle i ende up buying like two more suits than what i had originally planned.

if it turns up i just got 15 gw paints, 2 x clipers, 6 gw paint brushes, a land speeder (bnib), space marine biker (bnib), a "tank", 20 odd space marines, loads WHFB of orcs and gobbos, glues and that paint station thing GW sell.

i'm happy with that.
