Just to add in a welcome to heresy and enjoy your time here and perhaps ignore some of the snappy comments, sometimes mouthes and brains aren't engaged fully!
Like Viscount said check out the fluff section for some cool info then before long you will be addicted like us! . . . . man, I need a fix *grabs sprue, cutter and poly cement* aah!
