Astra Militarum and Imperial Knight

Hey folks,

First time poster, looking for anyone who can help out.

Was planning to run a Scions force for a 2k point tournament. Was running it with a Castellan. However, since the rule changes it looks like I can't run Scions and a Knight anymore? Can anyone confirm if you can no longer run an Astra Militarum army with a Knight or is there something I'm missing?
