What do the various races use for interplanetary/intersystem army transport?
Space Marines use Battle Barges and Strike Cruisers to carry their ground forces, but what about the Imperial Guard? Do they use the Imperial Navy battleships and cruisers, or are there specific ships capable of transporting a 100,000-strong regiment? I know the Orks use roks for jumping from planet to planet, but how they get from one system to the next?

Guard generally use Naval Transport ships that are designed to hold the average sized infantry regiment (3,000 or so) with accompanying war machines, for those extremely rare regimetns that are 100,000 strong they'd just be spread over numerous transports.

Ork Roks aren't just used to 'hop from planet to planet' they're interstellar craft- with Orks though pretty much anything that can make it through space can be considered a transport.

Edit: If course you mean the ships designed to ferry forces to the planet surface then it's different.
Spacehulks don't land on a planet, orks generally use their own equivalent of drop ships, Roks being used as fortresses on a planet was only really documented on Armageddon during the 3rd War.

IG again use a very standard, lumbering, drop ship that carries about 200-300 troops at any one time, again with limited amount of accompanying warmachines.
