There isn't, but it's quite easy to make your own from a flamer and a combi-plasma.

I can't remember where the tutorial is, should be easy to google. Or if not there is one on about page 6 of the project log in my sig.

Don't know if it'll be a bit big but the Chaos vehicle accessories frame has a combi flamer (comes with the Chaos Rhino). Got a feeling the Chaos Terminators come with one as well, but you'd better confirm that as I can't check a the moment.

Metal chaos terminators had combi flamers, and i am pretty sure there is a combi flamer in the plastic csm termi box.
