Any Strike Force Ultra reviews?

my brother got this the other day. He says that the rules for SFU is (and im a bit sketchy coz i kinda tune out when he talks about 40k because he talks on and on and on and on and on and on... its his life, I like it, but its not my life lol) his deepstrikers can come on turn 1 (flyer included) and there was another rule to do with charging out of the land raider but again, I cant remember exactly. But its along those lines.
