I don't think they made a Vindicare, did they? I think they made an Eversor...or maybe a Callidus... but I don't recall a Vindicare for Inquisitor. That being said, you could probably make one with a little green stuff, one of the inquisitor-scale guardsmen, and one of the weapons upgrade packs that has a sniper rifle.
