Life's been a bit hard these past couple of months, but I'm just getting back into hobbying. Thought I'd share my latest conversion work. I've been converting up some Hydras but rather than go the autocannon route, I thought I'd base them of the British Army Starstreak close air defence system ....

Here's what I've come up with ....

There was quite a bit of work involved with converting the chimeras as they were a trade and in a pretty bad state. If you're interested in the work involved, it's detailed on my blog ...

Hope you like them guys.

Good looking units. I don't recognise the missile units. Not sure if that is because I am a dull bastard or because they are non gw. Where are they from?

Cheers matey, They're FW bits i've had lying around for about 5 years.

FW bits, yeah?

Looks good. Might confuzzle people who could possibly think they are more "manticore" type launchers - but those people generally can't count beyond one-marine, two-marine.
Thanks mate, I only really play with friends and at my local club where people are pretty relaxed about these things, so it shouldn't be a problem. Plus I'm planning something special for my manticores.

Spot on matey.
