OK I am trying to build an Eldar army that tries to take out my opponents Land raider/Termies/or other good close combat units from far away then sweep the rest of them with my Scorpions/Banshees.
Any suggestions?

So far away beatdown then up close ginsu knives baby.

Also I am only looking for advise not looking for a complete army list I just want help so I dont waste my money on a bunch of crappy units that dont have synergy together new to Eldar.

vypers with BLs and wraithlords with one BL and a wraith sword a piece to pop tanks and assualt the survivors.

you'll want dire avengers with bladestorm to soften up squads before assualting them with banshees/scorpions

the problem with eldar is the best anti tank are short range (fusion gun, wraith cannon). if that's your goal you gotta load up on BL. there is also the tactic of slowing them down by keeping swooping hawks towards the middle. Then they assualt vehicles that start a turn with in 18" and hit with haywires. but i'm not a big fan of swooping hawks.

you may be thinking of wraithguard

Wraithlords cost around 100ish points and have an epic stat line (8 toughness i think o.o and 3 wounds)

Forget Wraithlords, for just a few points more you can throw down a full squad of 3 War Walkers each with two Scatter Lasers. Those things wreck vehicles and infantry from a comfortable 36".
