I ran a similar blob (Big Shootas instead of Rokkit Launchas to save points and stick with the theme) a couple weeks back against Eldar to a similar effect as the Grey Knights. The blob disintegrated under ap4 shooting, and even worse when it's RELIABLE ap4 shooting.
The sheer number of shots this blob can put out is intimidating, but it's difficult to find a target that they can kill (maybe that's the point of the Rokkits) because I used the whole blobs shooting against Dire Avengers and took out maybe a third of the squad. Bad luck aside, the number of low strength shooting that this mob provides was underwhelming to me and I can't say with any certainty that this would be a "must-have" unit.
