This is a list for a upcoming tourny at my local community store and i was wondering how well it do. Please feel free to make any changes and suggestions as you see fit.

I was thinking of dropping the Bezerker unit and getting another 5x CSM with a melta, then replacing the plasma gun with a melta, this will then leave me with enough points to get Warp Time for my prince. I was also thinking about dropping a Rhino and upping the Beserker squad to a 8x man.

Total =500 spot on

Doesnt really need melta as there is nothing with great armour that you can possibly get into a 500 point list whilst following force-org..

I would take a missile launcher on the CSM unit and use plague marines instead of zerkers. In tiny squads like this you want something that will outlive your opponent..

EDIT: Begging your pardon the missile launcher was a silly suggestion considering you need 10 to have one. Your plasma gun then is the best case scenario for popping other rhinos.. (Best done from a distance)

I dont own any PM models so i cannot do that option, i do however have some TS if they work well. I think i will keep the plasma gun for the extra range and leave them on the open feild to shoot at the enemy from a distance.

you could do 'counts as' PMs, but base on your present list, i would go with the DP, two CSM squads with meltas, drop the EA on both rhinos, and you might have enough points to scrape up an Pred or maybe even another Oblit.

Im not expecting to come up against anything to tough, or fast that i cant kill so i have kept the DP at a minimum. C&C are welcome please.

5x CSM w/Plasma gun -90

i would take this: decent anti tank at short range, decent long range anti tank, capable of putting wounds on MC (beware Wraithlord lists) and you have a good CC component with the DP.
